Aeris has revolutionized working in the office and home office for many years. This achievement has now been recognized for the third time with the award as a TOP 100 German medium-sized company. In the only competition that assesses innovation management, Aeris impressed with its new work visions, innovation-driven, people-oriented product development and its technical innovation lead on the market that has spanned several years.
For 25 years, Aeris has been part of the innovation elite of German medium-sized companies. By naming it a TOP 100 company, the TOP 100 jury chaired by Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Franke at the Vienna University of Economics and Business has now confirmed Aeris' exceptional position in the German economy and its excellent future viability.
Fast action: From problem to solution in a short time
Aeris founder and visionary Josef Glöckl sees the award as confirmation of his consistent, authentic fight against the lack of exercise - especially in (office) work. "We understand people, we analyze what they are missing, we develop what they need, we react quickly, unconventionally and think without limits. Our flat hierarchies and innovation structures have allowed us to always be quick and immediately in tune with the times and close to people for 25 years."
Aeris goes from active chair specialist to New Work visionary
The innovative Aeris products – like the Aeris Muvman – keep you moving while you work, both sitting and standing.
Aeris Chief Growth Officer Patrick Wurm explains: "People need exercise to stay healthy and productive. We provide it where it was previously not possible - in the office." The visionary Aeris way of thinking is supported by science. It says: Sitting rigidly means stagnation for the body and mind. "Aeris is a specialist in easily implementable solutions that enable more exercise in everyday working life. Whether in the office or home office."
Aeris already has numerous ideas and new work concepts for the working world of tomorrow. "New work needs a good integration of stationary and hybrid working. And equipment that enables healthy behavior in the workplace and with which professional work and health standards can be met everywhere - at home and in the office. We at Aeris develop and produce this equipment, combining movement, ergonomics, design and practicality. For more fun in everyday life and for measurably more performance, health and well-being," says Patrick Wurm, adding:
“For us, being recognized as a TOP 100 company is a great confirmation that we are on the right track.”
