Aeris Warranty Terms
The period for calculating the guarantee period begins on the invoice date when purchasing directly from Aeris or from the date of purchase from an authorized Aeris retail partner. We provide a three-year guarantee on all our products.
If material or manufacturing defects occur in original parts within the warranty period, we will provide one of the following services as part of the manufacturer's warranty:
- free repair of the goods in our factory or
- free exchange of the goods for an equivalent item (possibly also a successor model if the original goods are no longer available) or
- free delivery of the spare parts required for the repair (if necessary against return of the complained parts).
Aeris will determine the type of service after examining the damage. The warranty period will not be extended or interrupted by the warranty service provided.
In the event of a warranty claim, please contact us directly (if you purchased the goods from us) or your Aeris retail partner (if you purchased the goods from one of our partners).
Excluded warranty claims
Warranty claims are excluded in the event of damage to the goods caused by:
- improper or inappropriate handling or use,
- Exceeding the maximum weight loads,
- Environmental influences (humidity, heat, overvoltage, dust, etc.),
- Failure to observe any safety precautions,
- Failure to follow the assembly and/or operating instructions,
- Use of violence (e.g. hitting, pushing, falling),
Unauthorized repair attempts, improper interventions or maintenance by unauthorized persons,
- Wear and tear of the cover materials, damage caused by care errors as well as impact, scratch and tear damage,
- Defects in special items (e.g. special designs, provided upholstery fabrics, special paint finishes).
In order to make a claim under the guarantee, Aeris must be given the opportunity to examine the guarantee case by sending in the goods. In this case, it is important to ensure that damage during transport is avoided by using appropriate packaging. If required, we will be happy to provide you with transport packaging for the safe return of your Aeris product to our factory, at your own expense. The transport costs are borne by the guarantee holder.
To apply for a guarantee, you must enclose a copy of the original invoice with the goods being complained about. Please understand that Aeris may refuse to provide a guarantee without a copy of the invoice. The copy of the invoice is sent to calculate the guarantee period. You must also provide the name and address of the seller, if this is not clear from the enclosed copy of the invoice, in order to confirm that the purchase was made from an authorized retailer or directly from Aeris.

Your statutory rights are not restricted by this guarantee promise. In particular, any existing statutory warranty rights against us remain unaffected by this guarantee promise.
