Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Aeris GmbH, Hans-Stießberger-Straße 2a, 85540 Haar, Germany, Tel.: +49 (0) 89 - 900506 - 0, Email: info@aeris.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://www.aeris.de/pages/contract-withdrawal. If you use this online function, we will promptly send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) containing information about the content of the withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For goods that, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned by post (freight goods), the direct return costs are estimated at a maximum of approximately 100 € per item.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to examine their condition, properties, and functioning.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Linked/Financed Transactions

If you finance this contract by means of a loan and later withdraw from it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided both contracts form an economic unit. This is to be assumed in particular if we are also your lender or if your lender makes use of our involvement with regard to the financing. If the loan amount has already been paid to us when the withdrawal takes effect or when the goods are returned, your lender assumes our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the withdrawal or return. The latter does not apply if this contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange, or derivatives). If you wish to avoid a contractual obligation as far as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you are entitled to a right of withdrawal for that as well.

General Information

1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.

2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.

3) Please note that the above points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
