Aeris Swopper – a practical report
Physiotherapists are a very skeptical bunch, they have to try everything and give their critical, sometimes devastating verdict. Seating is a popular "victim". I belong to this critical guild and am also an ErgoPhysConsult physiotherapy workplace consultant. Many "ergonomic" seats fare badly. Most of the time... The "Aeris Swopper" however determines my life - at least it is my main seat. The "Aeris Swopper" is used a lot and with pleasure both in my practice and in private.
In the practice, there are always treatments during which I have to sit still - this used to be a problem. After a few minutes, I would start sliding back and forth restlessly on my stool. In order to sit in motion, I often switched to the exercise ball. Not bad actually, but dangerous if you only want to stand up for a short time and then sit down again... That can easily go wrong! On the "Aeris Swopper" I sit still and can still keep my spine, ligaments and muscles moving. The movement results in alternating loading and unloading - an unbeatable advantage that prevents back problems. I am happy with my "Aeris Swopper" and can only recommend it - you sit in motion and do something good for yourself and your health."
