PayPal

You can conveniently pay for your purchase in the Aeris online shop via PayPal. At the end of the payment process, you will be redirected directly to PayPal. There you can log into your PayPal account, open a new PayPal account or pay as a guest to confirm the payment. Payment is usually received within a few minutes, so your order can be processed immediately.

Credit card

In the Aeris online shop we accept payment by credit card. We accept credit cards from Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We use SSL encryption to ensure secure data transfer. In addition, some credit institutions offer an additional security procedure called 3D Secure. At VISA this is known as "Verified by VISA". Mastercard calls this security procedure "MasterCard SecureCode". We use these procedures wherever possible to prevent credit card misuse. For more information on the respective security procedures, please contact your credit card provider. Your credit card will be checked for creditworthiness and security when the order is received. The card will be charged with the order confirmation.

Payment in advance

You can also pay for your purchase in advance. Your selected items will be dispatched as soon as we receive your payment. You will receive all information about paying in advance immediately after ordering to the email address you provided. Please make sure to state the correct purpose of payment when making the transfer.

Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna. Please note the availability of the payment option shown below per delivery country:

- Invoice: The payment period is 14 days from dispatch of the goods/ticket/or, in the case of other services, from the provision of the service. You can find the invoice conditions here . This service is available for the delivery countries Germany, Belgium, Austria and the Netherlands.

- Installment purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least EUR 6.95) or under the conditions otherwise stated in the checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of each month after Klarna sends a monthly invoice. This service is available for the delivery country Germany.

- Immediately: Your account will be debited immediately after you place your order. This service is available for delivery countries Germany, Belgium, Austria and the Netherlands.

- Direct debit: The debit will be made after the goods have been dispatched. The time will be communicated to you by email. This service is available for the delivery country Germany.

The use of the payment methods invoice, installment purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we pass your data on to Klarna as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract for the purpose of address and credit checks. Apple Pay

With Apple Pay, you can pay in the Aeris online shop particularly quickly and easily using your iPhone, Apple Watch, Mac or iPad. Enter your credit or account information in your Wallet app once and then simply select Apple Pay as your payment method in the payment step of the Aeris online shop. Then confirm the payment conveniently and securely using Face ID or Touch ID. If you are using a Mac without Touch ID, the payment can be confirmed via the iPhone or Apple Watch if the device is connected via Bluetooth. Please note that the Apple devices must be registered with the same Apple ID for this.

Google Pay

With Google Pay you can pay conveniently and easily by smartphone in the Aeris online shop. To do this you need a smartphone with the Android Lollipop (5.0) operating system or higher and a Google account. Download the Google Pay app to store your account information once. Once you have everything set up, you can simply select Google Pay as the payment method in the payment step of our online shop and confirm the purchase. The encrypted payment information and the delivery address are then automatically sent to us.

ideal

If you are from the Netherlands, you can also pay for your order via iDEAL. To do this, simply select iDEAL as the payment method during the order process and then your bank. You can then complete the order process by clicking "Buy". You will then be automatically redirected to your bank to pay for your order.

Bancontact

For our Belgian customers who have a Bancontact card with a participating bank, the Bancontact payment method is available. Simply select this in the payment step and complete the order process by clicking "Buy". You will then be redirected to the Bancontact online portal to complete the payment.

eps transfer

The eps transfer payment method is available for our Austrian customers. Simply select eps transfer in the payment step, then you can select your participating bank and you will automatically be redirected to your online banking. You can now transfer the amount as usual and thus complete the payment for the order.
