Shipping and shipping costs

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We deliver all our products free of charge within Germany.

Deliveries abroad:

We deliver our products free of charge within mainland Europe to the following countries. We do not deliver to European overseas territories.

France, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, Spain

Please note that the book "Active Office" is only available for delivery to Germany.

Shipping service provider

Delivery via DHL and DPD:
We deliver our products with DHL or DPD.
The products are mainly shipped with DHL. Due to their nature, the following products are mainly shipped with DPD:
- Aeris Active Office Desk

Carrier:
The return of the Aeris 3Dee (if the product has been assembled) will be carried out via freight forwarding.

The Aeris 3Dee is picked up by truck “to the curb”, i.e. to the public curb closest to the pick-up address.
Please note that the freight forwarder cannot collect the goods from the address “to the curb” due to the lack of accessibility for trucks in the following cases:

- The address is located in a street or can only be reached via a street that is designated as a traffic-calmed area / “play street”, and/or

- The address is located on a street or can only be reached via a road that is prohibited for vehicles with a permissible total weight of 40 tonnes, and/or

- The address is located on a street or can only be reached via a street that is narrower than 3.25 metres or that is restricted to a passage width of less than 3.25 metres at a point to be passed during delivery at the time of delivery due to obstacles such as parked vehicles or a construction site, and/or

- The address is in a dead end street.

If one of the special features mentioned applies to the desired delivery address or if you are unsure about this, please contact us by phone or email before returning the item to clarify whether and to which location the item can be picked up.

Please note that it is necessary that you are personally present at the delivery address when the shipping company picks up the goods.

Firstly, because you have to confirm in writing that you have picked up the goods. Secondly, loading the goods may require your assistance. You must therefore be physically able to lift a weight of up to 30 kilograms.

The shipping company will arrange a pickup with you on a day of your choice from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. or 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. You must be present at the pickup address during the entire time window. Unfortunately, it is not possible to specify a more precise delivery time.
