At Orgatec 2024, we presented our vision of a health-promoting office environment on our 190 m2 stand: As an innovative pioneer in corporate health, we aim to create workspaces that are not only functional but also dynamic and aesthetically pleasing.
With our comprehensive range of ergonomic office solutions, we were able to show our visitors at Orgatec how versatile Aeris can be used for holistic workplace design. Our stand attracted attention with its unique color concept.
For all those who unfortunately couldn't visit us at this year's Orgatec, we have now summarized our highlights once again.

Modern work environments rethought: The Aeris Active Office® Concept
In a work environment where hybrid work models and flexible office design are becoming increasingly important, office furniture must also keep pace with the times. But regardless of the workplace, one problem always remains the same for office work: sitting rigidly for hours.
At Aeris, our goal is to make offices dynamic and health-promoting across all spaces. With our "Aeris Active Office® Concept", we showed our visitors at Orgatec 2024 that workplaces that keep people moving ensure greater productivity, motivation, and, above all, health.
Our Aeris portfolio includes a wide selection of ergonomic office solutions that allow us to equip every room of an office holistically – healthy, movement-promoting, and optimally tailored to different work areas. We show how a dynamic and healthy work environment can be designed that is not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing.
Aeris showcased its variety of office seating solutions, such as the dynamic Swopper and the Numo Task conference chair series.
At this point, we would like to extend our sincere thanks to the IBA for the Work Culture Festival and for giving us the opportunity to equip the catering area next to our stand with our products.
This allowed visitors to experience our ergonomic office solutions directly in action – an experience that, thanks to the lively space, showcased the added value of our products particularly well.
In addition to our exhibition stand, we were also allowed to equip the catering area with Aeris Swoppers, Muvman and Numo Comforts.
Our latest innovation: The Aeris Linu live and in color
One of the biggest highlights at Orgatec 2024 was the presentation of our new product development – the Aeris Linu office and conference chair series. A chair that impressively combines movement and aesthetics and redefines modern work environments.
Thanks to its innovative flex kinematics, the Aeris Linu supports dynamic sitting and adapts to the movements of its users during their daily work. Due to its flexibility, the seat shell follows movements to the side, forward and backward, keeping the back straight.
Its elegant design, high backrest, and unique freedom of movement, which offers both lateral flexibility and ergonomic comfort, were particularly impressive – a highlight that was very well received and impressively demonstrated how Aeris shapes the future of the workplace.
The Aeris Linu adapts flexibly to different applications with its various frame options, including castors, a five-star base, or glides.
No small feat: AR installations at the Aeris exhibition stand
With the help of Augmented Reality, interested visitors could interactively explore our exhibition stand via their smartphone or tablet, learn about the innovative functions of our products, and thus experience first-hand how seamlessly space and technology intertwine at Aeris.
Even before the fair began, we digitally showcased our latest product innovation in front of the exhibition halls using AR, presenting the Aeris Linu virtually at an impressive height of 10 meters – a trade fair highlight that will be remembered for a long time.
This year's Orgatec in Cologne offered exciting insights into the latest innovations and trends for the work environments of the future. The opportunity to be part of the trade fair was a valuable chance to share our vision of a healthy lifestyle and healthy working with new and existing partners, thereby further advancing corporate health promotion. We are very pleased that we were also able to inspire the guided tours through our exhibition stand for dynamic sitting.
